About

I'm Zach Coble. I live in Columbus, Kansas, and I work in IT support professionally. I'm CompTIA Security+ certified. I started 4 State Uplink to give small businesses and families around here a local person to call when technology gets in the way. I'll explain what's wrong in plain language, tell you the price before I start, and never sell you something you don't need.

FAQ

Is remote access safe?

I never ask for passwords over email or text. You watch every remote session and can end it anytime.

How do I pay?

Remote sessions are prepaid. You pay by card through a secure payment link.

What don't you do?

I don't offer 24/7 emergency service, data recovery from failed drives, or work on medical or legal regulated systems. If I can't help, I'll tell you up front.

Do you work with businesses or just homes?

Both. I mainly help small businesses with 1 to 10 employees, plus individuals and home users.
